Jesmine Muguti was born in Gweru, Zimbabwe. Raised in a family of singers, Jesmine started singing at an early age in school talent shows. Her talent became more evident in her teens, as she began to sing in the praise and worship team in Word of Life International Ministries, based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
Currently she is leading the praise and worship team in the London, UK branch. God has blessed her with a creative flare to write and produce her music for His glory. Her music is a fusion of different genres including r'n'b, hip hop, jazz and reggae.
Both uplifting and inspirational, Jesmine's music has been influenced by leading Christian artists she grew up listening to such as Cece Winnas, Kirk Franklin, Darlene Czech, Shirley Ceaser, The Clark Sisters and Out of Eden, who like her share a passion to express and portray their gratitude, adoration and total dependence in their Creator through their music.
